- No Refund for Partial Periods: We do not provide refunds for unused portions of the subscription period. Your access will remain until the next billing date.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If Careerflix platform experiences prolonged technical difficulties that significantly impact your viewing and learning experience and cannot be resolved within 28 days.
- Accidental Billing: If you were incorrectly charged due to a technical error or duplicate billing, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
- Unauthorized Transactions: In the event your account was used without your permission, please notify us within 7 days of the transaction to be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Cases:
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the subscription after purchase and have accessed the premium content.
- Dissatisfaction with Content: Refunds will not be given solely based on dissatisfaction with the available career videos or learning materials unless the service is defective or significantly misrepresented.
- Lack of Usage: If you do not use the service after subscribing, you will not be eligible for a refund.

- Personal Circumstances: Changes in career goals, job status, or other personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds.
- Completed Courses/Series: Once you have completed watching a career course or video series in its entirety, refunds will not be provided.
3. Refund Process
If you qualify for a refund, the process will be as follows:

- Subscription details (Plan name, Payment Date, Transaction ID)
- Detailed reason for the refund request
- Screenshots or evidence if applicable (for technical issues)
- Verification Process: We will review your request and confirm your eligibility for a refund. Additional information may be requested to complete this verification.
- Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
4. Free Trials
If you sign up for a free trial of Careerflix and choose not to continue with a paid subscription, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. No refunds will be provided if the subscription is not canceled before the trial expiration date. Ensure you monitor your trial period closely to avoid unwanted charges.
5. Content Access and Downloads
- Any downloaded content for offline viewing will become inaccessible upon subscription cancellation or refund.
- Certificates of completion or career badges earned during your subscription period will remain valid even after cancellation.
- Bookmarks, progress tracking, and personalized recommendations will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation in case you choose to resubscribe.
6. Premium Features and Add-ons
Additional services such as one-on-one career counseling sessions, premium career assessments, or exclusive masterclasses may have separate refund terms. These will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase and are subject to their own cancellation policies.

Thinkspace reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of Careerflix after changes are made will signify your acceptance of the revised policy.
